MAXiGPS – Whole crop silage cereals for maximal power coming from the field

MAXiGPS is a program that provides breeding of cereal varieties with high biomass. In cooperation with research and practice, innovative varieties have been developed especially for whole crop silage (GPS) and flexible dual use, as well as in mixtures.

AUTUMN MIXTURE
THE FLEXIBLE MIXTURE FOR BIOGAS AND FEEDING (triticale x oats x white-blooming peas)

● Yield security due to diverse yield structures in the crop mixture
● Flexible use for biogas or for feeding
● Outstanding health and unique resistance qualities

● Tannin-free peas make the silage taste better and enhance the feed intake (additional blooming on the field)

FLEX MIXTURE
THE FLEXIBLE TOP COMBINATION (triticale x oats x white-blooming peas)

● Very good health due to unique resistance qualities
● Excellent suitability for feeding
● Sowing is possible form mid-March to mid-June
● Great to ease narrow crop rotations
● Suitable to ease the labor peaks

SECOND CROP MIXTURE
SUCCESS-MIX FOR USE AS A SECOND CROP (triticale x oats)

● High yield and good suitability for silage

● Good precedious crop effects for winter cereals
● Security and harvesting flexibility
● Ideal in biogas crop rotations for a second harvesting
